Connor nodded, excited to see everything Shiloh wanted to show him.

They rode up to the hillside, Shiloh staying close beside Connor. -
Connor barely paid attention to where he was going and just stared lovingly at Shiloh. His happiness to be with him was indescribable. (I hope that's the right word. :P)

Shiloh felt the same way. The very thing he thought would never come true was happening, and he couldn't ask for more. "I love you, my knight." He told him softly.

Connor reached over and touched his cheek lightly. "I love you more, my prince."

The prince smiled, leaning in to remove the distance between them and kiss him softly. -
Connor kissed him back softly and lovingly.

There was some rustling in the bushes and foliage behind them, causing Shiloh to look up worriedly. "What was that?"

Connor shook his head. "I'm not sure," he said and jumped off the horse.

Connor stood slightly in front of Shiloh and tried to find a shadow when suddenly somebody burst out of the bushes, and he felt cold metal cut into his side. He fell to the side, as the knife was removed from his flesh. -
"Connor!" The prince scurried to his love, terrified at the sight of him being hurt.

The girl in the short black dress jumped and tackled Shiloh, pinning him to the ground.

Shiloh pushed up, managing to knock the girl down. He then noticed the girl to be the one he knew from the court, gasping lightly. "Elizabeth? Wha- why would you do this?"
Was her name Elizabeth? xD Sorry, I think I've forgotten.
