"Right, but won't the travel take a lot of energy from you?" Shiloh asked softly.

Connor nodded. "But it won't be as bad as when I brought us here to the hospital."

"Okay. I'm ready whenever you are."

Connor nodded and took Shiloh's hand.

Shiloh held his hand tightly, but not too tight. He smiled softly and watched Connor.

Connor closed his eyes and transported the pair of them back in time.

Shiloh saw centuries pass back, until they were finally back in his time.

Connor sighed softly as they arrived in Shiloh's room. He collapsed on the bed.

Bump.

Shiloh ran over, making sure the other was at least comfortable. "You poor thing, you really need to rest..."

Connor sighed. "Don't worry about me, I'll be fine," he said getting more and more tired every second.

"Is there anything I can do, though?" He sat onto the bed next to him.

"Just sleep with me, my love." he said, pulling Shiloh close to his uninjured side.

"I can always do that, love." He cuddled over, staying close to his tired love. He felt his own eyes grow heavier.

Connor fell asleep, deeply. He didn't have any nightmares, thankfully.
