I found a gas station a few blocks down. I stopped the car and got out to fill it up.

He woke up at the car stopping.

I starting filling up the car with gas.

He lay there for a moment, not moving.

When the car was filled up, I some money on the tank. "That should be enough." I muttered as I got in the car once again.

He looked over at her as she got back in the car.

I glanced at him as I started the car.

He smiled.

"We should stop at a hotel or something soon."

"That'd be a good idea." He nodded.

I bit my lip and pulled out of the gas station.

He looked out the window.

I continued driving along the long, dirt road.
