I took out my keys and opened the door, unlocking the passenger door as well. I slide into the driver's seat.

He opened the door and sat in the passenger seat.

I started the car. "Where you live?" I asked.

He gave her the street address.

I nodded and headed towards his home.

He stared out the front window.

When we got to his home I stopped the car. "This it?" I asked, looking over at him.

"Yeah. Thanks for the ride." He looked over at her, smiling a bit.

I smiled and nodded. "No problem, and thanks, for the help."

"Hope to see you around Skylar. Bye." He opened the car door and got out onto the sidewalk. He walked up to his house, waved to her, and went inside.

I waved back and restarted the car. "Later, Mason." I muttered and drove away, back "home".

He smiled a bit. So not everyone in this town was awful.

I drove along the road in silence. Smiling a bit.

He went back upstairs to his room.

I arrived at my house and stopped the car.
