His dad looked at him. "Hello son! It's been a long time! How have you been?"
Jay frowned. "Er... fine..." he mumbled. -
She sat on the couch once again.

His dad went upstairs and put something in his room. Jay stood at the bottom of the stairs. "Er, Dad? How long will you be here?"

She bit her lip awkward.

"A night, maybe two." He came back downstairs.

She looked at the ground.
(... Teresa don't want me to be her sister cause she don't like me, so you're un-adopting me? Its fine.) -
His father went into the living room, stopping when he saw Rain. Jay followed him nervously.
(Uh, no...) -
(Oh... I thought you would, since her opinion)
She bit her lip, and turned to Jay's father. "Hi..." She gave a small smile and a wave. -
(I don't know...)
He stared at her for a moment, then looked back at Jay, who looked awkwardly down at the ground. -
Rain bit her lip, and looked at her fingers.

"Who's this?" He asked, looking at his son.

She was close to just running out of the room, disappearing from their sight, flying away... but she just sat there.

"Uh, Rain." Jay muttered.
"And what's she doing here?" his father asked. -
Rain was close to tears... holding them back. But she couldn't explain anything.. It could blow her cover.

"She was helping me with some homework. We were just about to leave" Jay lied, maybe a little too quickly.
