D: Sorry, my internet's running painfully slow.
I smiled, walking over. "Funny you'd say that," I said, kneeling down beside her. "I was never gone." -
(ugh, I hate that D:)
I smiled and reached up to stroked his face. "Good." I said. He stayed, after I told him I was an angel of death? Doesn't he know our kinds hate each other? -
I felt the heat rush to my face. I wrapped my arm carefully around her; gently aiding her to sit up. "Now, how'd this happen, exactly?"

"I-I don't know. I was f-flying and something just...hit me." I stammered.

I reached forward. "Do you... Do you mind if I look at it?"

"N-no" I said extending my wings a bit so he could get a better look.

I reached out gently touching my hand just to the right of the wound. "Looks like you got grazed by a bullet. That or some sort of debris..." My eyebrows knit in concern. "Did you hear anything before you got hit?"

"I-I don't think I did, it all happened so fast."

"Hmmm..." I traced around the wound with my thumb. "It must've been something pretty small and dense... It hit you pretty hard..."

I winced at his gentle touch. "It hit me hard all right, basically knocked me out of the sky!"

I winced at the thought. "I'm glad you're alright," I said quietly, withdrawing my hand.

I smiled. "Glad you're here with me." I said taking his hand. What are you doing Rose?

I smiled and gave her hand a gentle squeeze. "Me too."

I looked into his eyes. I'm insane.
