Doesn't kicking the person out prove their point? Maybe the person made a second account because they wanted to get their point across without this happening. It kinda shows that if people don't hear what they want to/like they have to punish the person who said it.

It's not exactly the easiest thing to do if you're new. If I wanted to prove a point everyone would say 'No you're wrong bit**!' or 'Get the fu** off of GTQ!'. When you're older you have other older users to back you up. When you're new you get a ton of people that yell at you
