"Maybe you could sleep with me.Not with, with me.In my bed. But...err....you know what I mean." That had come out more awkward than expected.

"Yes, you could. Now while you decide I'm going to try to go to sleep." I got into my bed.

He smirked and climbed into her bed.

I heard him get in next to me. Turning over I kissed him on the cheek and said,"Nighty night."

"Goodnight." He kissed her.
(Me too. Bye.) -
I kissed him back. I pulled away, and closed my eyes. I fell asleep almost instantly.

Eric fell asleep quickly. In his sleep, he wrapped his arms around Ashley, pulling her close to him.

I snuggled up to him a bit, trying not to wake him up.

In the middle of the night, I woke up thirsty. I carefully unwound Eric's arms from me and slipped out of the room.

Eric didn't wake up.

Walking back to the stairs, I glanced at the calendar. It said that my mother's wedding day was on the 7th of June, my birthday. I walked back up to my room and climbed back into bed.
