Dr. George McAllister was a great scientist and obsessive workaholic, working for the CIA. His other colleagues thought he was insane when he came up with a plan to clone millions of dead serial killers and make them twice as viscious as the original killers. In the end, McAllister got MUCH more than he bargained for...
