Nick didn't like the silence, so he spoke up. "So, uhh.. You have a sister?" He wanted to slap himself for a stupid question.

Alex didn't notice anything stupid about him. "Yeah, she's in college but lives with us. Kinda busy a lot as well. She's not really that bad...just...kind of like mom and dad. Never home.."

"Oh.." he said, nodding. He looked down at the table.

"Anything wrong?" He squeezed his hand gently.

He smiled, finishing up his dinner. "Want to watch a movie after this?"

"Okay.. What movie?"

"Whatever you'd like. I think my parents' got netflix or whatever you call it." He chuckled, not really familiar with new movies and stuff.

"Maybe a horror movie.."

"Sure. Hm, I don't remember any remember what's recently out.." He cleaned up the table and then walked into the living room with him.
