Thread Topic: Hello
-
Yes he is hardly an assassin. Let us begin.
-
(Did you see my last post? I don't know because now theres a second page)
Misfortune layed quietly on a rooftop, gazing longingly at the stars. They were infinite and free. Her eyes narrowed. The stars taunted her, dancing in the sky above her. -
(Yes I did.)
Zack frowned. Another mission failed. It wasn't like in the video games...
He walked toward a building, pulling an old Nintendo DS Console out of his pocket and starting to play on the way to the roof. -
(Inward laugh. How do fail more than one assassination and not get fired?)
Misfortune clenched her fist and flipped onto her side, staring off the side of the roof through a neighboring window. The room it led to was unmoving and unlit. She glared at the window, then allowed her eyes to fall shut in a weak sleep.
(I'm gonna have to go soon. I can keep going a while longer, but then I have to go eat brekfast. Hopefully I can get on after.) -
(Dunno. Ask him. *points at Zack who is now in my head and having a staring contest with James*)
Zach went up to the rooftop. He paused. There was someone there... A girl, he thought. He sat down, staring at her. -
(Darn. I hope you can.)
-
Misfortune could faintly feel eyes on her. She wondered if she should care. She decided that she should. She opened her eyes quickly, pushing herself into a sitting position and seeing a boy sitting close to her on the roof. In his hand was a Nintendo console.
(I have to go now. Be back as soon as possible.) -
She woke up. I looked at her. "Um..."
-
(Oh and okay. Bye. Hope you're back soon.)
-
(You still here? It's my brother's turn, so I'll ask him if I can respond to you every now and then during his turn, okay?)
Misfortune stared curiously at the boy. She tilted her head on one side, pulling herself all the way up to sit straight up. -
(Of course.)
She sat up. She was taller than Zach. Everyone was. -
(YAY!! He's gonna let me! He's such a nicey.)
Misfortune decided that the boy looked too fragile to be a threat.
"What do you want?" Misfortune asked quietly, her eyes straying to look up at the stars again. Her fist clenched. -
(Thank you, Sun's nice brother who didn't know I existed until now!)
Zack froze. "N-nothing..." -
(Actually, every now and then, he watches our soaps. Your good enough at this that it's worth not watching tv instead! :D)
Misfortune felt her eyes harden. She moved farther from him and layed back down, her eyes never leaving his awkward face. -
(Really? Awesome. *pokes brother through computer screen*)
Zack still watched the girl nervously, even though he was now lying on the rooftop, trying to fall asleep.
