not me but from other people's perspectives its because you use all these big words and people are afraid of you ranting them out
not me though btw :P i no scared of yous anymore it was just a brief period of stupidity -
i never even knew you were scared of me to begin with tingy! lol. :P
And I only rant the clinically stupid. So unless people are afraid they fit within that catagory, they shouldnt be scared of me. -

I can understand why some users will be intimidated by you, as Ting previously noted; your established vocabulary, tactful argumentation and sheer logic can all contribute to intimidation.
I - personally - am not intimidated by you. As even though I'm not well acquainted with you, I can tell you're "just like us" so to speak. And it was only a matter of time for this subject to be brought to the fore front.
Understandably, intimidating you can appear to be, but evidently you are not. I actually quite admire your logical understanding and established vocabulary; you're a bright button for sure. -
