So, as i had said, i want to rearrange the members, meaning some of u just might have to leave the squad.... Maybe!
Why am i doing this? There are a number of reasons:
1- there are too many "members" and i cant keep track of all them, and it wasnt exactly as i wanted the squad to be when i created it...
2- there are too few old members. I need alittle more older members inorder to increase the power and reputation of GTQIA
3- Some of u miss use the "power" when dealing with trolls/spammers (i got this one from bob)
4- Alot of members are not available when trolls/spammers show up (though i dont know how to improve this problem. I will try...)

Any chance of me joining? I might not be very advanced level wise, but I'm a pretty old user xD
