They probably heated the whole tank to "warm her up"

Had a look on the website and we are ringing a different vets to see what they say

@moyasi no only half. I do know how to care for her properly I have 4 or 3 now. But never encountered this before

Then just give her time. She needs to be hydrated or she can't digest food. And don't feed her every day. They feed within 10 days.

Amber died last night the vets said probably due to the dehydration
