Eli sighed. Emotions triggered his transformation, so now he wavered in and out of different forms.

conner noticed that his friend was transforming into different forms, but he ignored it, he knew that it would stop soon, he seen eli do it before, but he hoped he would be ok for another generation, or at least a year or something

He felt light headed as soon as he was done shifting.

conner suddenly got up and asked," do you want to fight against me?" conner secretly wanted to see if he could still use his powers, he secretly hoped eli wouldn't find out

"But... your powers..." Eli got up as well.

conner nervously laughed, conner's laugh has always sounded weird, but he really wanted to see if he could use his powers in case if he really needed them, he hoped he could, he said,"lets do it anyway"

Eli grinned. "You're on."

conner seemed to be struggling a tiny bit, he had his hand out as if he wanted a energy ball to appear, well it did a little, but it disappeared, conner thought in his head," oh cr*p!" he decided to do something else, he wasw about to control a vine, but again, he couldn't, conner was starting to get even more worried and scared, he looked around

Eli morphed into a tiger and growled a bit. When he realized that Conner couldn't use his powers he strolled up next to him and nudged his hand.

conner petted eli while he was in his tiger form, conner touched the jewel that had always felt like it was full of power, but it didn't feel like it! conner was about to panic, he looked at the marking and noticed that it was hardly glowing at all, what was happening to him? conner was really worried, was there something out there that was taking his power away?

Eli saw the confusion and fear in Conner's eyes. He willed himself back to human form.

conner said," I dont know what is happening to me"

Eli frowned and took a deep breath. "This is your last generation, Conner."

conner wished this wasn't happening, he wanted to stay alive with eli, he was eli's best friend, he felt like eli was like his brother, he didn't want to die
