Eli winced and cried as he fought the force... He felt like he was almost defeated.

midnight finally got control of eli, midnight quickly did damage to eli's insides and body, and then quickly left his mind, he finally did what he wanted
conner was almost freaking out, he hoped eli was ok -
Eli lay there motionless on the ground, staring up at the sky.

conner started crying, what happened to his friend? conner tried to heal him again, so he tried, the jewel glowed as conner was healing eli, but would it work or not? ( lol, I feel bad for eli right now )
