conner kept trying, but it was hard
midnight was happy when he started taking control of eli, but he still didn't get full control, this guy seemed to have a strong will -
Eli winced. He was sweating a lot. GET THE HELL OUT!!!! he hollered.

conner's power was quickly wearing out, the jewel flickered and stopped glowing, conner was breathing quickly, he didn't know what to do
midnight felt a shock go through his body, he knew eli was powerful, he couldn't even try to take control of the boy at this time, so he stopped and flew somewhere else to continue getting power -
Eli sighed and sat up, gripping his head.

"eli! are you ok?" conner was really worried about eli, he seemed like he was in pain and something was trying to control him, wait, was something actually trying to take control of eli?

"Uh... I want to say yes... But I don't really know..."

"can you tell me what was going on eli?" he didn't know what was going on with his friend, strange things seemed to suddenly start happening

"This force... It was trying to take me over..."

conner knew there was something out to get both of them, but he didn't know why, or what was really happening at all

He knew it was the wolf. The wolf that had its eyes on Conner.

midnight decided to try it again, so he went back to where he was before and tried it again
conner was busy wondering about all of the strange things that were happening -
"Aggh!!" Eli gripped both sides of his head.

conner noticed that eli was starting to be in pain again, conner tried to make eli feel better, but he wasn't sure
midnight was really really close to fully controlling eli, even closer then before, but still it was really hard, eli was powerful and strong willed, he wasn't sure if he really could -
Eli fought as best he could, but the force was slowly overpowering him.

midnight was starting to have pain, but he tried even harder, but his power was slowly getting weaker
conner was trying to comfort eli
