But yeah just for regular thought I think in the abstract and in concepts.
For example, if I like your shirt, I don't think the words, "That's a great shirt! Nice color, I like the style, etc" I just know that I like the shirt and the exact aspects of it that I like. -

I don't know what the stats are, but from what I've figured out, it's like a scale.
You've got the people with absolutely no monologue when they think at all, not even when reading or writing.
Then you've got a partial monologue which ranges from people like me where it only happens when reading or writing, to some thoughts are with a monologue some aren't, to majority of thoughts with a monologue and a minority without one.
And then you have people with full inner monologues that speak every single thing thought. -
My inner monologue never shuts up. Just yaddayaddayadda it never really ends

There’s no voice, but kind of like an understanding that sort of feels like a voice?
But a lot of the time I just think in colors -
I think in words. I'll see the words in my head like pages of a book

Inner monologues are so confusing to me.
if I spilled jelly beans I'd think,
"oh no there's jelly beans on the ground. That was dumb"
Not
"Oh no, you/I dropped jelly beans on the ground. You're so dumb, Anna"
I don't attach pronouns to my inner monologue. I'm not a character inside my mind, am my mind.
if anything, I'll start some thoughts with "I," but that's as far as it goes. Is that an inner monologue? Maybe I just don't understand what it is.
