i actually seem to visualize the words and sometimes I perceive it by hearing

Yeah I don't visualize the words in my mind's eye

My sister said that when she thought things, she could visualize the words as if they were subtitles in her brain, but she couldn't hear a voice along with it

I don't know how else to describe it. -

I typically don't visualize imagery when I write, unless it's a story

Some people have a thing where they can't visualize anything.
But can you just think of a song and hear it playing (in the original singer's voice)? -
Yeah I can
Same for imagining scenes from a movie
But if I'm reading a book, I can't come up with voices for individual characters or anything, even if I've seen the movie/show version of it. -
