Sometimes, usually when I'm tired or burnt out I make robotic commands and reactions

But what is it like for people that don't have them? Like is their mind just a desert or smt?
Bc whenever I'm bored or doing something boring, I always go to the back of my mind and just like zone off and start imagining different scenarios and thinking things to myself. But like how could someone without an inner monologue ever get out of boring situations? -

Like if I'm in the inner dialogue mood I might drop something and go "Well great. Now we have to pick it up. Bend down and pick it up you idiot" -

and I'm not even joking, I'll stay up so late because I have an actual party in my brain. Im like imagining scenarios, listening to my favorite songs, and laughing abt random stuff

I don't have an inner monologue. Only when I'm reading/writing, and even then there's no "voice" attached to it.
