It's hard to be sad when you have a pet to comfort you. I don't personally have a pet, but one of my cousins has a dog. She adores me, and sometimes, we'll just sit in the floor and cuddle for a while. So, pet companionship should definitely help. -

i'm in science and i have my headphones on and keep pressing them against my head and fidgetting with my hands and stuff. i know other kids are talking about me because of what i'm doing. i hate these public schools, but i love my friends and teachers... -

Do whatever helps you. You deserve to be comfortable. You deserve to be able to receive education without idiots mocking you for how you have to do certain things just to get by. When I was doing GED classes, I would have a plushie right next to me in my backpack, so if I got uncomfortable in the class room, I'd just unzip my bag and reach down in it to hold my plushie. I never really get along with people my age. I'm okay with the younger ones, and I get along well with older ones, but I often don't get along with people my age because we're on different levels of maturity, so I've been told. I have no interest in celebrities but would rather discuss ancient history and how it repeats, today, or what needs to be done to correct the justice system, or just plan for my future. Even Brandan is almost 6 years older than me; guys my age mainly care about gaming, cars, girls, and getting rich quick. Such is the way of my generation, sadly... But, I believe you are more mature than the average 14-year-old. And that's the real reason why people bully you.

Yes. Even from earlier this year, I can see you've grown. Mental health struggles don't make you any less mature; it often just makes it harder to think clearly, which leads to poor decisions, at times.
