I have been successful in being completely unproductive today.

I find it interesting how vegetables help the digestive system, and yet when we're digesting vegetables we need a little bit of fat to make it easier to digest them.

I'm borderline anemic.
So basically I'm low on iron in my blood.
I was sitting on the stools in the science room about 20 minutes ago. I was struggling to keep my head upright and I'm really faint.
And unfortunately, the lunch I brought doesn't have much iron in it. -
The second half of today is a field day so let's see how this goes, I may just have to sit by the wall for the entirety of it.
