I know. But saying something is better than saying nothing in a situation like this. Saying nothing just makes it seem like I/we want her to go, which at least in my case isn't true.

She had lost all faith and trust in my words....

You don't. If she doesn't wanna believe you, then that's on her. You need to forgive yourself and believe in yourself before you can expect anyone else too. You need to work on your relationship with yourself before you work on your relationship with others. Including your mother.

That's true. But I would rather deal with the troubles of saying too much than probably making her more upset by saying nothing...just my personal take, I guess.

I guess I haven't changed much at all...
MAYBE my personality... but I've always hated myself... back then it was for my past but now it's for more recent things...
I don't know how to stop I mean for a while I was okay but then I reverted back to the way I used to be and no matter how hard I try to change for the better it never happens -

It's only been a month...forgiveness takes time...same thing with loving yourself. It takes time. But it'll happen. Slowly at first and then one day you'll wake up and everything will be fine.

I understand...and if I'm going to be honest, I hate myself too, and I can't truly forgive myself either, but it's something you have to work around...
