Not all of my life is spent manic, and that doesn't necessarily mean I have bad judgement. I'm bipolar II, which means when I'm manic it's less major and I get really happy and start a bunch of projects. Plus, I'm on mood stabilizers so right now I have perfectly clear judgement.
