"Hi." Karry said, blinking at the girl. "Hey, what're you doing here?" Atary asked.

"Just , running away I guess," Samara replied and clutched the hello kitty shaped backpack's straps.

"Well, join the party. Numero three in the children without a home." Atary said, smirking.

Samara blinked. "Oh, so you guys don't have a home either? Ironic heheh..." she looked around at the brick walls and dirty ground. "Eh, well better than that hell home," she mumbled.

"Except for the fact it's gets bloody hot during the day, and freezing at night." Karry muttered.

"...So what happens when it rains? Or you want to shower or something?" Samara felt a bit awkward because she really hadn't thought her plan out very well.

"When you want a shower, you sneak in the neighboor's house when they're not there." Atary said, "And when it rains you steal an old lady's umbrella." "And that kind of behavoir is what landed him in jail." Karry said, glaring at him.

"Heh, I've never stolen before though," Samara pulled her backpack open and pulled out an apple. "You guys hungry? I got some fruit and chips."

"Thanks, that'd be great." Karry smiled, walking over. "I'm not hungry." Atary said at the same time, leaning back against the wall."

Samara smiled and handed her backpack over, and she ate her apple looking at her sketch book. She doodled a bit, watching people pass busily down the sidewalk.

Karry took out an asian pear (assuming there was one) and began to nibble on it. "You're pretty good." she said, looking at Samara's drawing over her shoulder.

"Thanks," Samara shyly smiled, finishing some shading. "It's my favorite thing really."

"I've never been one for drawing, couldn't get it right. I'm much better with words." Karry said.

"That's awesome," Samara replied. "I guess I've never been as good with words but I love to read. When I can't describe something I just draw it out, because imagination is way better that reality most times."

"I feel the same way." Karry smiled, "Yet imagination gets you nowhere in life, look at where it got me! I ended up going to jail!" Atary said.
