"Hmm, but maybe somehow imagination can be brought into life if we try hard enough," Samara thought idealistically.
-
"Yes, then we could make anything happen." Karry agreed, and Atary just shook his head.
-
"Like, the average world is like a jail itself. Most people just care about money, a sheltered but steady life. If no one takes risks or has creative ideas nothing changes or gets better. But life doesn't have to this way, if only people would see." Samara smiled hopefully and sat down against the wall. "When we were kids we played freely and dreamed. Why does that have to change?"
-
"Maybe it's like a curse was placed over the world. That everyone would loose sight of the bigger picture. But the kids weren't affected, because they had the will to dream." Karry said.
-
"Yeah," Samara agreed. "It's sad, I really hope I never get that curse." She looked over at Atary. "And I hope you don't catch it either, or Karry."
-
"I will never, I can feel it in my gut." Karry said, and Atary nodded.
-
"Same here," Samara said, and looked to the side, noticing the crowd has thinned and afternoon has set in.
-
"Well, we're not dead yet. And hopefully we never will be." Karry said, "Relax, we'll go looking for jobs tomarrow. With any luck we'll earn enough money to rent an apartment." Atary said.
-
"That'd be good, any hobos or thieves come around here?" Samara asked.
-
"Not really, it's a fairly good part of town. Nothing really terrible." Karry replied.
-
"Ah, nice," Samara looked back in her backpack and found her stuffed cat Tina, which she had with her even now as a sixteen year old.
-
I'm kinda starting to get wb.............
Karry smiled, "That's a cute cat." -
(I sorta am too x3)
"Thanks," Samara smiled. "My grandmother gave it to me when I was 5." -
Maybe it's time to add Taka and Akira
"That's sweet." Karry said, as the people stopped walking by. -
As the sidewalk was cleared the noise level lowered drastically. On the other side of the block a silver haired boy, about 17, slowly walked down, leaving the graveyard in a hurry. Ugh, why the hell am I blushing?!!
