Try thinking about nothing when you sleep.
-
I've been having them for weeks now. The same one. I've been trying to think of nothing. Doesn't work for me.
-
What is it if its the same?
-
It involves my fears. So I should tell you them first:
1.) Clowns
2.) Bridges
3.) Heights. Well afraid of falling. -
OK so it involves them.
-
Yeah it always starts on a bridge. No railings, or anything. A very narrow bridge. About 1,000 feet in the air. While trying to run from a group of murderous clowns. I know it may seem childish but...
-
That's what I thought you'd say. But what?
-
Gtg back in an hour or so.
-
The bridge never ends. The crowd of murderous clowns grows bigger, and I turn around and now there is clowns on both sides. The bridge gets higher and higher into the sky. The clowns start coming closer. I'm in the middle of the bridge. They get closer and closer. They finally get to me, and start ripping off my limbs, and eat them. I'm not dead. But I can feel everything like I am actually there. That it is actually happening. I wake up screaming and crying everytime.
-
Makes sense why if it went like that.
-
I'm terrified to go to sleep.
-
I can see why though.
-
Yeah, when I said Night Terrors it wasn't skipping around in Narnia, and riding magical ponies.
-
Hopefully they won't keep on and stop soon for you.
-
I hope. I haven't slept for two days. I tried to go to sleep two nights ago, couldn't. I just seen the frightening images.
