No, it's the fact your constantly telling her to act like a adult and she doesn't want to deal with that right now. Maybe later, sure, but somtimes she just wants to have fun unlike some stiff adult your saying she should act like.
I'm not saying your a bad person or anything, lucky, but you should just let her act the way she is and forget about the whole dating thing you two had. It will be for the better, trust me. -
