@Scarlet Ah, well it was this user lonnggggg ago. We made that account for people to use freely when they didn't want to be revealed, and it got out of hand quickly because some creepo began to use it.

Soon enough GTQ Guy banned him, and said that if that user ever logged on again he'd have to call the police because the user was making actual legitimate threats of rape or something.
