Akira just made sure to stay quiet. Daisuke didn't seem like he was in a good mood and Akira didn't want to get yelled at.

He pointed over at some people on horses. "Policemen."

"We should stay away from them, right?" Akira said.

Bump?

"Mhm. Come," he said, darting into the area where the trees were much thicker.

Akira followed quick behind him.

While they went quickly through the area, Daisuke could hear people saying things like "keep on watch out for that guard.. Yeah, the one who looks like he's going to kill someone.. yes, and the boy who seems scared all the time and screams.."
This made him go even faster through the place. -
Akira hurried up as well, hearing what was said.

At one point Daisuke tripped on some of the undergrowth. He landed harshly on the ground with a very loud 'thump' sound.

Akira gasped and froze for a second before rushing to help him up.

He groaned in his miserable pain, coughing up blood and doing it loudly.

Akira tried shushing him, but he was beginning to panic. "C'mon, get up, Daisuke!" He whispered.

Dai did get up, but very slowly and weakly. "Okay.." he whispered.

As much as Akira was concerned about Daisuke, he was still a coward. "We need to go, we need to run, come on.." he said, tugging Dai away.

He nodded, staggering and struggling to keep up in a fast pace. It became so much that his vision was very blurred.
