The young girl's arrow strikes the red apple
Making a wound into it
Her satisfaction is ample
But why is regret still running?
The young boy catches the hare with much ease
Killing it in one quick swipe of his knife
He himself does as he please
But why is regret still running?
The two children cross passes
Their bond proved unbreakable
But one day, that bond shattered like glass.
But why is regret still running?
How was it, they thought
That such a thing was possible?
But, with their love, trouble and hatred was brought
But why is regret still running?
Why regret is still running
Cannot be said
The truth keeps their stomachs churning
So it cannot be said.....
Heheh, I put this together real quick, pwease tell me what you think!
Some of 'The Pledge' lyrics are used in here, but only the one line that repeats in every stanza.
But enough of my rambling.

It's a lovely poem and I like how it has a line from The Pledge (awesome song lol) I honestly don't see anything wrong with it.
