Thread Topic: A Hunger Games story help

So im writing a series called A Hunger Games Story. And its based on the 73rd hunger games( the hunger games before Katniss) So i need help thinking of tributes. I already have characters for districts 4,2,and 12. So if you want to help I'd apprecate it. Please put the following info in your reasponse.Name,Age,District,Skills,Apperance, Personality,and any thing else you want.

Age: 16
District: 11
Skills: she's good with a sword, dagger, she knows martial arts. She can climb trees, find anything she needs, she super fast.
Appeance: blonde hair and green eyes
Personality: nice, brave, strong willed, she fights for what's right, she is mellow and she is calm in most situations.
other: the organization of the hunger games killed her family, because Misty refused to go into the hunger games. -

Skills : Best With Bow And Arrows , Fast Runner , Slick .
Appearance : Dark Skinned , Little Afro , Chocolate Eyes , Skinny & Tall .
Personality : Very Nice And Sort Of Overprotective For The People He Loves . Loves Children & Funny .
Name : Jackie
Age : 12
District : 1
Skills : She Doesn't Really Have Any , Just A Fast Runner .
Appearance : Dark Skinned , Average Height , Always Wears Two Ponytails , Hazelnut Eyes , A Little Bit Chubby .
Personality : Quiet , Smart .
Other : She Is Deaf . -
Name: Keena
Age: 12
District: 12
Skills: She's young, and has little to no weapon experience. Instead, her skills are her speed, and the fact that she is so small. Her best chance is to hide and run, and wait out the deaths of the other tributes. She can also camoflague herself very well to blend in with her surroundings, and knows how to climb very fast.
Apperance: Very long pin-straight black hair, her skin is naturally pale but seems to have a permanent tint from coal dust, gray-blue eyes, very small in general.
Personality: Is very good at keeping quiet, and loves to paint. She loves to run.
Other: Never had a friend, because in her district, she was to focused on trying to have enough to eat rather than have fun. Is also sure that she won't survive through the games, because she is so young and all the other tributes seem to have more weapon experience. -

Skills Best with wires, but can work with throwing knives and stones.
Appearance Fair skinned, short, always wears hair down, skinny, black eyes.
Personality Quiet, Smart, Shy -
Name: Scarlett
Age: 17
District: 5
Skill: Throwing knives, hand to hand combat, she's quite flexible, great with stealth and a little above average when it comes with speed.
Appearance: Tan fair complexion, 5'2ft. wavy red hair and baby green eyes.
Personality: cold, cunning, she has trust issues, very determined.

Name: Alec
Age: 17
Skills: climbs trees, normally fights with anything he has that's sharp. He has super off the chart speed.
Appearance: emo hair cut, hair color is black, grey eyes.
Personality: He is friendly, and nice. He's strong and he does whatever it take to win, even if he has to kill misty... But he would kill her before it's the end of the games. He mostly hides not killing anyone. -
Oh. Bleh, I didn't read the paragraph. I heard something about Hunger Games and started writing. :P
You can use her for District Six, then! -
