Maeve chuckled. ‘His office is upstairs, third door on the left!’ she called, then disappeared.
Chester was finding it extremely hard to focus. He kept thinking back to Jayden. He groaned and buried his face in his hands. -
Jayden nodded, walking out. "Third door to the left." He repeated as he walked so he'd remember.

Chester leaned back in his chair, looking out of the window. His office was dimly lit, only a small crack of sunlight visible through his curtains. His desk was scattered with papers and documents and such.

Jayden knocked on the door gently. "Chester? It's me, sir." Sir?! You're both kings you absolute idiot, he doesn't have any more power than you do- well ok, minus the whole Caden ordeal- God, Jayden was an idiot. -
(Lmfao you’re all good)
Chester glanced at the door. Great, more Jayden to take his mind off Jayden. ‘Come in,’ he said, a little confused at the title. -
Jayd walked in. Just looking at Chester made him get butterflies and flustered. Jesus, what was wrong with him today?! He looked down at the floor, refusing to look at Chester or else he'd get those damn butterflies even more. Good god, you're such a hypocritical mess.
"Sorry for the whole 'sir' thing. I-I don't know how that happened, it just sort of slipped out." -
Chester noticed how Jayden wasn’t looking at him. That made him feel awful. He hoped the guy wasn’t still mad at him. ‘No, don’t worry about it, I get it,’ he said with a short laugh. ‘Er, what do you need?’

"Are you- I mean- Ugh, it's never going to sound right so I'm just going to say it as buntly as possible, so sorry if it sounds really up front and mean. Are you homophobic?"

Chester blinked. ‘Am I.. homophobic? No! No, of course not! Have I done something to make you think I am?’ he asked, speaking quickly as he stood up worriedly.

Jayden shook his head quickly. "No, no not at all!" He tried to think of a way to tell him why he asked without making it seem creepy. "I just- Me and Maeve were just daring each other to do things so she dared me to ask you and I- yeah." Well that sounds VERY believable, you dumb---...

‘Ah. Right,’ Chester said. He was very confused, but he figured Jayden and Maeve were a little strange. He sat back down, pausing for a moment. ‘Have I done something to make her think I am?’ he asked, growing worried again.

‘Good,’ Chester said, relaxing slightly. He looked back down at his work. ‘Er, anything else you need(‘

Jayden shook his head, but he sat down next to Chester's desk. "May I stay with you for a bit?" He asked, trying to sound very polite so it'd be harder for Chester to say no.

Chester did indeed find it very hard to say no. ‘Of course,’ he said.
