Jayden sighed. "If it was serious, would you tell me?"

Chester nodded.

"Okay..." Jayd dropped it.

Chester wrung his hands.

Jayden looked down. He had a feeling he might know what Chester was upset about. He offered his hand again.

Chester took it.

Jayden smiled weakly.

Chester glanced at him, forcing a smile back.

"Do you want to eat breakfast?"
