Chester blushed and looked down, standing up as well. Maeve smirked and poked Jayden’s arm, then disappeared, taking Jayden with her and leaving Chester.
‘You like him!’ she exclaimed, looking at Jayden. -
(NICE NOW LISTEN TO THEM BOTH)
"I thought I already told you that!" Jayden rolled his eyes. "And not so loud!" -
(ALRIGHT OKAY)
Maeve grinned. ‘I didn’t know how much! I thought it was just a crush! Are you two together?’ -
(LOL SORRY BUT LIKE-)
"No, we're not together." Jayden huffed, rolling his eyes. He keeps giving me mixed messages. "And if you say it any louder, I'll become the kingdoms latest scandal, so could you keep it down?" -

‘Fine, but why aren’t you?! He doesn’t snuggle with his friends!’ -

"Because if I ask then I admit that I have a thing for him and that I'm assuming he does too, so then if he doesn't like me, not only did I not get a boyfriend, but then I might've lost a friend too, and we're miserable whenever we're forced to talk." -

Maeve thought for a moment. She disappeared and came back with Oliver. ‘Does Chester like Jayden?’ she demanded.
Oliver looked thoroughly dazed. ‘Jeez- why do you want to know?’ -

Jayden looked at the two of them. "I really don't need to know-" He said, not feeling great about figuring it out behind Chester's back.
"Because they're snuggling and that's not what he does to his friends, and now Jayden is having a gay panic attack!"
Jayden buried his face in his hands. "Keep your voice down." He mumbled. -

Maeve rolled his eyes. Oliver looked at Jayden. ‘You like him?’ he confirmed.
‘Yes!’ Maeve said exasperatedly.
Oliver paused, thinking for a moment. ‘I’m not telling you,’ he said.
‘Why not?!’
‘I don’t speak for the king. He can tell you himself his feelings. And if he does, I’m not betraying his trust like that.’ -

YEAH THE GIRL IS GAY AND THE DAD KICKED HER OUT BECAUSE OF IT (at least that's what I think, but idk for sure so don't take my word like it's the bible or anything))
Jayden nodded in understanding. "Thank you anyways."
Maeve looked very annoyed. -

Oliver rolled his eyes at Maeve, then walked off. He bumped into Chester in the hallway. -
(IKRRRR BUT ITS SUCH A VIBE OF A SONG BECAUSE THE GIRL IS A f---ING BOSS (i mean, if there's anything Panic at the Disco taught me, it's that songs are up to interpretation #Girls/girls/boys originally being a song about a threesome and now being the bisexual anthem))
Maeve huffed. "Whatever." She started walking to the dining room, Jayden following. -

Oliver straightened his glasses. ‘Sire, you might want to ask Jayden to be your boyfriend.’
Chester raised an eyebrow. ‘And why’s that?’
‘I’m just saying,’ Oliver said, walking away. Chester was left thoroughly confused. -

Jayden walked to the dining room, sitting across from Maeve.
