Jayd booped his nose.

Chester looked up at him.

"It'll be okay, got it?" Jayden murmured.

Chester looked down.

Jayd sighed, kissing his nose after a bit.

Chester let him. Patton did a double take. ‘Sire-‘

Jayden looked at the chef. "Thank you." He said as he took the plates, ignoring his double take.

Patton watched Chester wearily for a moment before leaving. Chester sighed and started eating.

Jayden ate as well.

Chester didn’t have much of an appetite.

Jayden looked over at him. "Love, eat your food."

‘I’m not hungry.’

Jayd frowned. "Please?"

Chester shook his head, bringing up his legs and crossing them.

Jayden sighed, eating his food.
