Jayd smiled weakly. "Thanks." He mumbled.

Chester booped his nose happily.

Jayden smiled wider, wrapping his arms around him.

Chester grinned, wrapping one arm around him and continuing to eat.

Jayden held on to him tightly, as if Chester wouldn't be able to leave him if he didn't let go.

Chester finished his food and set his plate on the bedside table, before hugging Jayden.

Jayden buried his head in Chester's shirt.

Chester smiled, rubbing his back. 'I love cuddling you,' he mumbled.

"Same." Jayden murmured, voice muffled by his shirt.

Chester chuckled, kissing the top of his head again.

Jayden looked up, smiling weakly.

Chester smiled back. 'Is this okay?'

Jayd nodded. "Yeah." Please don't let go of me.

Chester pulled the blankets over them, kissing the top of his head.

(help I imagined it going over their heads like when I was little and I'd sneak a flashlight under my blanket and read books in the middle of the night for a hot second xD)
Jayden blushed, leaning into him.
