Jayden unpacked a bit before growing bored. He sighed and went to the bathroom to look at himself in the mirror. Good god, he still had bedhead from when he slept on the carriage! His shirt was all wrinkly, and he looked absolutely EXHAUSTED, with deep dark bags under his eyes, half from genetics and half from a rough nights sleep. "So much for first impressions." He muttered.

Well, Chester thought Jayden looked absolutely adorable. He looked up at the ceiling and sighed dreamily, then realised he was daydreaming about a literal king, then he realised he was also a literal king, so he wasn’t that delirious. He sat up and moved to his desk.

Jayden sat there staring at his reflection before flipping it off and unpacking the rest of his stuff, letting his mind wander as he did, which made him think about Chester. He wasn't nearly as bad as most royalty Jayden knew. He was amazing.

Chester was mainly able to focus on his work. He glanced at himself in the small mirror on his desk. He was wearing hoop earrings bc yes and a ring on his middle finger, as well as a nice suit. He adjusted his hair a bit and went back to work.

Jayd finished unpacking and decided to try to find Chester. He walked to his bedroom door since it was closest, and knocked gently.

Chester glanced at the door. ‘Come in,’ he said, leaning back in his chair to see who it was.

Jayden walked in. "Hey. It's just me. I finished packing."

Chester glanced at him and smiled. ‘Cool. Have you got nothing to do?’ he asked, pen hovering over his paper.

"Yeah, I've got nothing." Jayd chuckled.

Chester chuckled. ‘Fair enough. Do you want to stay in here for a bit until lunch?’

Jayden nodded. He just wanted to be close to Chester, for some odd reason.

Chester smiled. ‘Okay. Make yourself comfortable.’

I'll only be comfortable once I'm in your ar- WOAH WHAT?! While this lil battle was happening in Jayden's head, he curled up next to Chester's chair leg, wanting to be as close to him as possible while also wanted to stay far, far away. He knew what happened when you fell for straight guys. Wait what was he saying, falling for him? It's been a DAY, even less than that, calm down! -

Chester looked down at him, getting the impulse to touch his hair. s--- it’s so fluffy- He moved his hand down slightly and hovered it over Jayden’s head, barely able to control himself, then blushed and pulled it away. He’d known this man for 3 hours, maximum. He didn’t just touch random guy’s hair. -

Jayd noticed his hand hovering over his head, freezing up for a moment. What was he going to do? "You trying to put a spell on me?" He asked, chuckling.
