I know this forum isn't really to do with bullying but I was bullied for 1 year and a half by some mean girl. She was physically and verbally brutal. I tried many tactics to stop it though I think the problem solved it's self. To this day we are now friends, so it's always good to give people second chances-third chances!
Rules on here!
1. Please do not comment anything helpful.
2. Only share your experiences and feelings if you are comfortable.
3. I will try to give advice but if you would just like to share your story and not get advice please tell me-I really don't want to upset anyone or make them feel uncomfortable!
I'm not expecting to get many replies but feel free if you just want someone to talk too. :) -
One of the most important things to think when you are being bullied is- Why are they bullying me?
Some bullies are just hateful and cruel and nobody knows why but many have a backstory to them.
This is one of the things I asked my old bully but they just replied 'none of your beeswax' and continued chasing me. Haha.
This may be because it's something personal or private to them that they don't want to share but it's worth the ask.
Some bullies are mean or violent to others because they themselves are feeling down and they believe the only way to feel happy is to bring others down with them.
Another reason people may bully is because of jealously. They may be jealous of your looks, how popular you are, how many friends you have, 'teacher's pet' and many more reasons. These type of bullies might not have a great life at home so always take this into consideration.
Lastly, how people are treated out of school or offline can be very different to you or your friends. They may have a hard life with violent parents or mean siblings or struggle with money. They may also be capable but have family issues or any of the reasons listed above.
If you are being cyber-bullied again consult the reasons above it is probably for one of these reasons or again they may just be being hateful but remember to check.
I am not saying what the bully or bullies are doing to you or anyone is right-It's far from that but if you are being bullied or you have been before, take this question into consideration. "Why are they bullying me?"
If you have any questions please feel free to ask and I will answer as best as I can! I hope this helps you and I will try to post frequently and help you guys out! :)
PS: Not for everyone but some people will bully others if they have been mean to them or come across as being mean in the past. -
On the first post that is meant to say hateful* lol

Hi @BiscutBear37! This is KallmeKrisbeKool on a different account. I love that you have made a thread for this and I would love advice on how to stop people from bullying others! I’m sorry to hear that you were bullied for that long I have been bullied for a long time even when I didn’t know it. Even in first grade I didn’t know it and nobody stood up for me. I feels like nobody will, half the time I feel more alone when I’m around people than when I’m actually alone. If anyone needs advice on how to deal with bullying hers some. don’t cry when you get home, stand up to them and tell them to stop, if they don’t, even if you get called a tattletale tell a teacher or other trusted adult no one should have to go through bullying because someone else is dealing with something if you are a bully stop speaking from experience it kills people mentally emotionally and also physically

Hi guys!
I'm here to post my experiences with bullying.
In around grade 4-5, I started realising how different I was from the rest of my peers. I loved maths, I was always using "big" words, I always corrected people - even the teacher! And my peers condemned me, said I was weird for having the opinions that I did, called me a nerd.
This one time, the teacher told us to make a PowerPoint about who we are, so I created one all about my heritage. Basically, about the country my family comes from. I wrote about the government, where it is, the traditions, religions, rights. At the end, it was "question time".
The first person I chose said 'I thought this was supposed to be about YOU, not a HASS lesson.'
I politely explained how it was about me, the country I had told them all about was a part of me. The next person I chose said the exact same thing. That broke my heart, knowing nobody cared about what I found special.
After that, I didn't really share anything about me, because I knew that if I did, I would just be criticised again.
Why didn't I have friends to support me, you ask? Well, me being the "old soul" I was, my best friends were a grade above me, and had just graduated to high school. How fun!!
I realise this may not be labelled as bullying, but those rude little children in my class that year made me feel like I wasn't special, like I didn't belong. But that's obviously not true because I am ⭐amazing⭐!
My advice to the people who are like little old me is to stay with the good people. The others will eventually catch up to you. And if they don't, it's because they don't care. The fact that you do will get you far. -
That is so sad and is bullying if it makes you feel bad about yourself or not express how you feel is whether you like it or not bullying and I was bullied in 1st grade in the girls bathroom. This girl called me doll eyes I have always had big eyes and my parents used to say it was because I was curious about the world and this girl straight up ruined me being special. I also have ADHD which i don’t know if this is connected with that but when someone calls me something I think is mean I get really emotional even if someone is making a joke if I’m offended I’m going to be emotional I am really sorry you have to go through this

Hey guys,
Thank you for sharing your experiences and some tips. It's terrible that you are/have been bullied. But, I will try to give each of you some advice.
You both have quite similar experiences in a way of what others have said- like Little Nerd said people call her weird but she knows she is amazing! It's all about having self-confidence and I know that can be very hard but please try your best. (I know this may be even harder if you have ADHD or anxiety or other problems.
I would like to share an experience that helped with my self-confidence. A couple of years ago I did a Go-ape course and it was going fine until I got to this one thin wooden line and I know I was safe but it totally freaked me out and a worker had to come and show me how to do it Lol. I have always found this situation embarrassing so you guys are the first people I'm sharing it with.
What I'm trying to say is- to have self-confidence and believe in yourself helps you too do things and when you get through them and reach the end you feel proud/happy with yourself!
A tip when your being bullied: If they have upset you dont show it or get annoyed because that is exactly what they are looking for. So if they say something that you don't really care about like 'I dont like your shoes' for an example you could pretend to be really upset and then they would make remarks like this (I know it is still horrible and mean but it's better then them saying things that will make you really upset)
I hope this helps :)
If you have any questions please feel free to ask I will try to answer as best as I can :)
PS: I'm sorry about what you guys have been through- thank you for contributing and you are helping to support me. -
Thanks for your support 😊
A similar experience I had was in grade 4, in swimming class. We were diving into the pool from a platform, but I was absolutely PETRIFIED and couldn't do it. I'm not even sure why, and to this day I cannot dive into a pool for some reason! I guess it was just how the pool instructor made me feel. She made me feel like I wasn't good enough, and that my fears are silly. As you get older, though you don't need to know how to dive unless you're planning to be an Olympic diver. When it comes to water safety, you don't need to be a professional. -
Yeah! I agree. I'm really sorry she made you feel like you weren't good enough. I know I don't know you in person -but I know that you are good enough especially at writing stories lol! :)
I hope the post helped? -
It did, thank you.
I'm really glad you made a thread for this, as it is very important to stand up to people who belittle you, or make you feel like you're not special. -
Aww, thanks, I'm happy I could help and I understand how people can make you feel down. xx :)
I will try and post tips and advice daily but if you have any questions about them please ask-it's fine you don't its only because nobody has asked yet but if you are not comfortable with asking then that's fine too! :)
Have a great Easter everyone! :) -
I have scoliosis so people always ask me “why can’t you go to the trampoline park with us” or “you’re just being a baby” because I can’t do that kind of stuff unless I want to wear a back brace or have to have surgery. So I have to explain it to them and they don’t understand why I can’t do those things! It’s so annoying it has gotten better but it was at the point where my friend had to help me put my chair up at the end of the day and since we are in middle school everyone thought: A. I had a crush on him, B. We were together, or C. I was helping him get back at his Ex it’s so hard to explain that I don’t like him to everyone I’m about ready to tape a paper on my lock that says “I DONT LIKE [insert name]!!!!!!!!!!!” I hate it so much

I'm so sorry that happens BoldNotCold. People often criticise things they don't understand. Often, girls are best friends with girls and boys are best friends with boys. Children are taught to believe boys fall in love with girls and vice versa, so snobs often think it always applies. Plus, the (MANY) romance movies don't help either.
Just remember that you're not alone. There are so many people with permanent illnesses, from scoliosis and cancer to asthma and.... something else that I can't think of right now. What I mean is, none of it is your fault, and the only thing you can do is move forward.
I hope this encourages you 😁 -
I'm so sorry as well that happens BoldNotCold. I agree with everything LittleNerd has said but let me add one thing. Hopefully, you have read my post about self-confidence. Use it girl! I know it will be hard and you may get judged for it but just because you have a long-term illness (I'm not sure how else to describe it) Make yourself stand out-maybe wear hot pink shoes too school or get highlights in your hair- do whatever makes you comfortable but maybe try and edge a little out of your comfort zone if you can. I understand this may be harder for you.
I hope this helps :)
What would you like my next post to be about (to help with bullying) -
She stands in front of the mirror
Hours and hours
Reminded by all the mean comments
Oh so sour
Beware the insecure thoughts
For they are brave and fierce
Beware the insecure thoughts
For your heart they may pierce
*SCREECH*
The bus pulls up with a horrible screech
Already thinking of school
All the mean comments directed at me
Wishing she was at the pool
Sitting in the seat
The seat is cold
My mind is filled like the raging sea
Like the friend that was never bold
Getting off the horror train
My hair is a mess
I clear my brain
The someone says “I like your dress”
Walking into school
With my head up in the sky
Doubt was losing the duel
A small little comment raised my hopes up very high
She stands in front of the mirror
Hours and hours
Reminded of the mean comments
Oh so sour
