Honestly idk what I'd do without the forums, because it's the one thing I look forward to checking at the end of the day. Life hasn't been treating me too well atm, we can only hope it gets better. -
I don't want to personal into anything you don't want to do, but if you don't mind me asking what has happened to make you so upset and stressed at the moment? It's absolutely so fine if you don't want to share as it's probably personal.

A mix of grief, anger, unhealthy antisocial-ness and my tendency to worry over small things

Your situation is probably worse then mine but at the moment I'm struggling with OCD symptoms and as well I worry over the smallest, stupidest things. At least your talking on the forums and are able to share things and get advice.

I do too. Worry about the smallest things, I mean. And if it's worth worrying over it isn't stupid. You could share things too if you're comfortable, like what you've been worrying over and why you think. I don't want to pressure you into doing anything though, and suggest this only so you can get advice and help.

Thank you everyone. I am worrying about some personal things which I'd rather not share as well as I lost my teddy that I've had since I was little in Wales! I know it's babyish but oh well. I worry about other things such as death and that kind of thing which I know is stupid.

It is not stupid. I lost a pretty expensive earring in Georgia and am worrying what my parents will do when they find out. If it makes you feel any better I lost a teddy that my great grandmother have to me when we moved into my house. I miss it everyday. I am so sorry you lost it.

My sister broke a mug my grandmother gave to me before she died. It was her last Christmas gift to me...
