Jason rolled his eyes at William and Holli's gesturing under the water. He sat down in the water and looked up at the other two, an evil gleam in his eye. William, sensing Jason was up to something asked "What?"
"Nothing, wanna another water-fight?" he asked.
"Not really, no" Holli responded.
"Why? You scared?"
"No, I"
"J, leave off" William snapped.
"No Will, it's fine let's have a water fight, why not?" Holli explained.
"I guess so" William turned then ran into Holli with a massive splash.
She laughed, spluttering water out of her mouth and nose. She splashed him back laughing.
"William come get this!" Jason called taking a bronze 1p coin out of his pocket and throwing it all the way to the other side of the rive.
"Okay" he replied swimming over there. While he was distracted Jason turned to Holli, ushering her deeper into the river.
Holli reluctantly followed aware she wouldn't be able to stand up.
Without Warning, Jason shoved Holli into the river with an almighty splash. "OI" she screamed intaking a breathful of water. -
Holli found herself under water, with Jason's hands on her shoulders. In panic, she tried to scream but ended up making a moaning sound. She was running out of air, and tried to pull Jason's hands off her.
She tried kicking at his legs but the water slowed her movement, affecting the impact. She pulled some more but failed.
Her limbs felt weak and sore, and she couldn't breath. Her arms fell off Jason's limply and down to her side as she drifted around uncontrollably. Her eyes closed in the water and she let out a small breath, her body aching...

She woke and coughed out water. Her body hurt and she could barely move. Despite hearing sound, her eyes remained closed.
'Holli!' William exclaimed. Her head was resting in his lap and he had been brushing her wet curls off her face. -
"What happened?" she wanted to ask but no words would come out.
William sighed glaring in front of him before turning his attention back to Holli.
"Holli, you'll be alright" " William stated not giving away too much. He muttered swear words under his breath.
"Mhm" Holli moaned. -
He held his hand on her cheek softly, using the other to fiddle with her hair. Holli coughed up another wave of water and sniffed.
'What happened?' she croaked quietly, doing her best to let out a sound.
William pursed his lips, looking back in front of him. Holli followed his gaze and noticed Jason sitting on a rock, staring into the river. His back was turned to her, so she couldn't see his face.
'You're safe,' William mumbled, looking back down at Holli. He reached for her hand and held it in his. 'You'll be OK.' -
Holli coughed another few times, spluttering water.
"What happened?" she croaked again, rather groggily.
William kept on glancing at Jason, his expression somewhere between concern and anger.
"Jason did something too you, I don't know if it was an accident or on purpose" William explained still fiddling with Holli's damp hair.
"What?" she groaned. She expected her body to feel better now she was above the water but instead every-where ached, her throat stung and her heart pounded inside her chest.
"I think, I think he tried to drown you" William whispered so Holli had to strain her ears to hear.
"Now you need rest Holli, your body needs time to reset" William insisted.
Holli's eyes were still closed so there wasn't much to do except lie there, trying to put her breathing back to normal. -

After a while, Holli was asleep again. William checked her pulse - it was normal - before standing up, careful not to wake Holli.
He crept over to where Jason sat, and stood next to him. 'Why did you try to drown her?' he asked, arms folded.
Jason didn't look at him. 'I...' he started, but trailed off.
'What?' William snapped, balling his fists.
Jason looked up at him. His cheek was bruised and his nose bled from the impact of William's fist. William wasn't afraid to do it again. -
"I didn't try to drown her!" Jason denied, yet again.
"Then what the hell were you doing?" William growled.
"We were playing, she fell over it's not my Fault she can't swim!" Jason lied convincly.
William raised an eyebrow. "Sure" he responded with a good mind to punch him in the face later on when he got the story out of Holli.
(Sorry, it's 9:17Am for me, And I've literally just woke up lol, couldn't sleep for ages 😴😴😴😩😫 -

'Honest!' Jason snapped, growing irritated that he wouldn't believe his lie.
William frowned, turning away. He walked back to Holli and sat next to her, wrapping her jumper from her backpack around her. She was rather pale, and William grew more and more worried about her developing something like hypothermia. -
"Jason at the moment I don't care if you hate her not but I need help" William pleaded.
"Once again Need not Want" Jason muttered though came over and knelt beside Holli anyway. "What do you want me to do?" He moaned at his younger brother.
"Take of your hoodie for starters and lay it over her. If she gets hypothermia AGAIN it'll be your fault and I will ACTUALLY turn you into the police!" William finished snatching Jason's hoodie of him and wrapping it around Holli's legs. Luckily Jason was tall so it was more like a blanket on her. -
Jason, fully aware he was being blackmailed, gave into his almost-little-brother. 'Fine,' he mumbled.
William watched Holli sleep for a second before turning back to Jason. 'J, what really happened?' he pressed, desperate for answers. -
"I told you already" Jason snapped not ready to admit the truth after lying.
"Fine I'll ask Holli then" William snapped laying his head on Holli's chest checking her heartbeat.
