Ello! Bit of an old member here who hasn't really been on the site much for about a year. Back then, story quizzes were on their decline, and I'm just curious how much that has changed by now. By a quick glance at the new quizzes list, it seems to me that story quizzes are obsolete, quite saddening to someone like me who made so many great friends because of them. Are there still many writers here?
Also, I'm curious whether there's still that annoying autofix where the website will delete your comment or refuse to show it on the front page if you have too much punctuation, too many capitals, or for random reasons unbeknownst to lowly members. -
I write a story quiz series, and I know someone else who does too. Story quizzes don't seem like... super popular, or anything, but there are some out there.
Yeah, I became pretty much best friends with that person through our story quizzes. xD That's how I started out on here. -
That's great! :) I'm glad that there are still people starting story quizzes and making friends and such. It's too bad it isn't like it was back then though, where there were a couple updates to different stories daily. Gosh, I feel so old ;-;

My first installment is not as good as the others, because I was so new to it and honestly didn't know where it would go xD the following ones are more interesting and humorous. -

Oh... if you're looking for story quizzes, you asked the right gal ;o I used to read every single one that came out when I was still active ^.^' I'll consolidate a list and post it here when I'm done. Are you into any fandom ones (i.e. Harry Potter or Percy Jackson?) and do you have any preference towards slice of life versus modern fantasy versus high fantasy?
I read your series last night, and I thought it was excellent! It was really entertaining and brought me back. You've gained yourself a reader in me, haha :) -

Wow, cool! I like Percy Jackson more than Harry Potter. I like any fantasy :) Slice of life is good too. Really anything ^^

xxblutixx, I read your story quizzes up till part 11 last night! I love them. You inspire me to keep going. I can only imagine having that many parts to my FTW some day :)

I'm always kind of afraid that people will give up on my story early on since I'm well aware it's not great in the first few parts. I'm sure you do it! Okay! Here starts the monster post! I have other series as well if you still need more suggestions after this, believe me ^.^' However, I chose the ones that I remember standing out and have a decent amount of parts published (although many are unfinished). A few I listed have under 10 parts published, but they're still really great reads, although I omitted some of that category because I know it's disappointing to start a story and not know how it ends.
"Which will fall for you" by xxdarkxx. This is always my first recommendation because it was what inspired me to start writing. It was one of the first successful, continued story quizzes, and I would even venture to call it a classic as it sets up that whole living with ~4 guys plot aspect.
ANYTHING from Dannica. This girl is a goddess. She has enough talent in her pinky finger to write ten books xD Her stories in order are: "They love me"; "Meet Me Halfway"; "Somebody Special"; "Beautiful Secrets", "Beautiful Lies", and "Beautiful Endings"; "Confinement", "Coercion". She's written quite a lot, might have the most finished series out of anyone here, and they just keep getting progressively better. It's amazing because you just don't think they can after each, yet they do! This girl has no limits on her talent (and her boys are always so yummy). The Beautiful triology is my top favorite completed story of hers because it's a roller coaster of a twisting, turning, addictive plot; however, the new Coercion series is just topping even that, so I'd definitely recommend checking that out too.
Complicated difference by pixystixlove64 is a completed fantasy series in the old style.
Who Will You Love? by Alethea is left uncompleted at at 26 parts, but it was a good read. Like the above, it's fantasy in the old style.
The life between magic and boys by TheRecklessBam which is another fantasy in the old style (heh ^.^'), and is continued into the unfinished Teenage Chronicle. Patch is my baby fyi ;)
Paranormal Love by Firey_Soul ... yes another in the old style, but her humor is so random - she's just great
The Unforgiven and Unforgotten by Cometlight yes, yes, same sort of old style thing, but worth checking out (do not eat anything Jayden offers you)
~Forbidden Love~ by cheese1234 She also has my love life and Immortal (unfinished), but I remember she was quite good at her writing. She had weretigers! ^.^
A few other fantasy ones include: Giving Love a Shot by Teresa22, Magic and boys by fireprincess1996, Time Less Love by BlackandWhite, Not Any Mortal Boys by Mythologyfreak, I Know Your Secret by rvelez, The Valentine Surprise by Feygoddess, Elemental Love by _celloplayer_, 4 boys, 3 siblings, 2 girls, 1 world to save by _Violalover_, Sacred Hearts by sazi, The fallen by Dayna, the forbidden by muzix4evrz123, True Heart and Magic by StarMaya, Forbidden love by hazelfangsbite (be ready for some... heated romance scenes if you look at this one), Entwined by posion rain, Supernatural Studies by Mockingbird, Broken Wings by iLuvMusic216
Percy Jackson Love Story by Calypso1315 - the only PJ one I've read, but I like it. I know there's at least one or two series about Percy Jackson that got a good start, but I'd have to search around a bit.
Hogwarts Love Story by natuhleegayle This one is the big kahuna of all the multiple HP fanfic series here. Plenty of people who were never into HP were so into hers because she could take it and make it her own.
Hogwarts by HogwartsLove This was my other favorite HP fanfic series (I didn't read many), but she's fantabulous.
There was also Hogwarts by music826, The Girl Who Lived by chopinssonata, Hogwarts Love Story by vulturemonem, Another Hogwarts Story by hp4evr, Hogwarts Love Story by 5thMarauder, and many others.
Remember the future by Missy Prissy Cat She disappeared after her 15th part, but she was a rockstar at creating a very enjoyable series with really good writing and quite unique.
UnNoticed + UnForgotten + UnWanted by xX3mo_Ang3lXx was my favorite realistic series, and she has a fantasy series as well called Scary Love.
I know many people enjoyed First kisses come in seventh grade by 54packs as well as LA summer love story by Addibabyy which are both realistic fiction series.
Other realistic series include Summer Camp Love Story by starscreamer, Teenage Love Affair by Julia, ~Online Love~ by random person, which guy will you love by tatijudith, When winter comes by Kirsteen111
Ones that didn't fit: 18th century romance by elisabeth, Death's Door by James Bond (whooo a guy!)
AND
People with a variety of stories you should check out: Bluebird, Fairygal (not too many parts from her, but very well written), Aria, PuffBall, singin234, angelic4, DaughterofApollo (she might be the other one with the PJ fanfic), GinnyGirl -

WOW. That is a fantastic list right there! I will never run out of them now xD Thank you so much! This is great, because most of the time I'm on a DSi, and this is one of the only sites compatible with it.
