Hey :) im 15 and im a whole year younger than everyone else in my class. Everyone ese already has their permit, car, and can drive, which drives me crazy because i want my permit too XD. my birthday is August 15th and in PA 16 is the legal age at which you can get your permit. does anyone have any advice for the exam? also im looking for a car thats small, not too expensive, and gets good gas milage, im im also looking for a used car since it is my first car and chances are its gunna get a few scratches.

Get a Volkswagen bug. Preferably an old one because they're better than the new gas is good for them and they're small and very cute. :) as for the test it depends on where you're located cuz my mom took hers in a city my sister took hers in a small town. But be calm when you're driving down worry about oncoming traffic if a police car or any other emergency vehicle is coming and they have a siren on pull to the side even if they're coming from infront of you. -

Just do your best on the permit exam, its pretty easy. I have a Saturn Ion, and I know Saturns get good gas milage and aren't too expensive. but if theres snow where you live theyre not the best cars to have
