Ingredients:
Whatever amount of leftover chicken looks good for 1 box of noodles. When I made this I only needed about 1 1/4 chicken breast (It was hard to tell because part of it was sliced up)
2-3 Tbs butter
3 Tbs flour
2 c milk
3/4 c parmesan or asiago cheese
base + Italian seasonings (Base spices are salt, pepper, onion, and garlic. Italian spices are basil, oregano, parsley, and rosemary. With any Italian dish, you can always get away with not using parsley and rosemary, but it always tastes better if you do.)
1 box of noodles, doesn't matter which kind.
Cube up your chicken, then put it, the butter, and the spices in a pot on whatever heat you want. Since this is leftover chicken all you're doing here really is heating up the meat.
Start the water for your noodles, because if your stovetop is like mine, it's going to take a while to boil.
Once your chicken is hot, add half of the flour. Stir it in, then add the other half. This is so that the flour doesn't clump together.
Gradually pour in the milk, stopping every once in a while to stir it in well.
Once it's thickened (you may need to add a little more flour, but be careful and sprinkle it in so that it doesn't clump), add the cheese. Once it's melted, your sauce is done! Add the noodles to the sauce and you're good to go! -

So I used to be vegetarian, but had to stop because I wasn't in a place where I could support that lifestyle financially. Now I can so I'm collecting vegetarian and vegan recipes.
Crispy Tofu Broccoli Stir-Fry
I haven't tried this recipe out yet and I already know I'll be making a few substitutions (the alcohol), but I'm pretty excited to try it out! -

How to make a lovely chocolate cake!
Ingredients :
1: flour (250g)
2: eggs (4)
3: sugar (140g)
4: Butter (250g)
5: 6 to 7 tablespoons of cocoa powder
6: rising powder
7: and a grinding of salt
How to a make it!
• Melt the butter in a small container for about 5 minutes
• Mix the flour, cocoa powder, salt and the rising powder in a bowl
• Once the butter is nice and soft, mix the sugar to it
• Once you’ve mixed the butter and sugar together, mix the eggs in with the flour thingy that we made in Step 2
• Once you’ve done that, just mix the two things together and mix thoroughly!
• The last stage is to put the mixture in a tin and put it in the oven for 30–45 minutes! -

Pork chops
What you'll need:
13x9 cake pan
However many pork chops fit in a 13x9
1 cup rice
2 cans cream soup
Milk
1 or 2 boxes of stuffing (can't remember. If one doesn't look like enough use two.)
Pour the rice at the bottom of the pan.
Set the pork chops on top.
Pour the cream soup over the pork chops and rice.
Fill each empty can with milk and pour it in.
Top with stuffing.
Put it in the oven at 350 for an hour.
Also remember to make a vegetable since one doesn't come in the recipe for a balanced meal. -

Rustic Berry Crostatas
I actually can't believe I haven't posted this recipe before! These are sooo good. The pastry is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. -
Found a new biscuit recipe, it's so good. It's kind of like Pillsbury rolls.
When they say knead lightly, they mean knead it like ten times at most.
And squishing the pieces together counts as one.
I did it with a cookie cutter rather than doing the cast iron pan. And I just used 3 cups of regular flour instead of 2 all purpose and 1 wheat because I didn't have wheat flour. -

Animal cakes are cakes shaped with an animal mode

Yes animals for the win! Animals are so cute and fun to decorate as cake. xD

What's really fun to bake is character shaped sugar cookies. So yummy and fun to decorate. Especially cartoon characters. I've always had a fasination with cartoons and baking so why not combine the two?
