Is it true or it's because most of them are second accounts?

It is true. They make a dozens of Stupid, Vain quizzes to level-up. The sad part is that it worked well. They leveled-up lightning fast.

Although, I joined in August so I guess I shouldn't be talking either.
I make stupid "vain" quizzes as you would say because I'm bored and have nothing better to do than to make them to try to level up. But I have only made 3. My one quiz has been taken 1,112 times, so I think that might gave brought up my status bar a little. I don't write quiz series though. Eh, whatever. I know some people might think I'm vain or ignorant or whatever, but I honestly couldn't care less -
Or because they're newbies/novices so they don't need as much to level up.

@Sports19 Oh dear, this is my second account. And i've been here a lot longer than you.
And i have right to say what i said. Just becaust i'm not here for a long time doesn't mean i shouldn't say certain things.
Actually what i said is not wrong. I said the truth. And i din't pin point at you or anyone. So please cool down. -
For the most part, I'm with Sports19. The only reason I make my quizzes, is because there is nothing better for me to do, and my friends enjoy taking my stupid random quizzes. I could care less about leveling up. I just like making quizzes because it's fun. That's all for me.

I never said I didn't agree with you... Because what you said is somewhat true. Dude, I say whatever comes to my mind first. Whatever my brain is saying, I type. I was never mad or anything. Whatever.

@Sports19 Like you said, it is true. But i'm not blaming them or judging them. I was just stating a fact. That's it. Nothing more. Actually, i don't care about those quizzes.

i only make quizzes now for boredom, but before, my haed was set on leveling up

I made bunch of quizzes when I was a Novice and it was because my level up bar restarted.But after that,I made only 4 quizzes.

I grow bored and every so often I'll make one quiz. ._. But I'm a competitive girl and I take and comment on many quizzes so I can catch up to everyone else. I want be a Hot Shot before this year ends. So that's my excuse for leveling up quickly.

I don't make many quizzes, but when I do, it's usually either Random Knowledge, "for the hell of it," or something like how much do you know about Neon, or a sort of algorithm for identifying parallelograms.

SOME PEOPLE, however, such as Niecey, just aren't lazy, and have the ability to make a bunch of good quizzes people actually want to take, and level up because of that skill.
I, on the other hand, am way too lazy to make quizzes. I make one every now and then when I see I'm really close to levelling up. -
