Yeah, please be responsible with it. The more posts you flag in a short amount of time, the less and less they "count".
When a higher status person flags a post as offensive, it counts more than if a lower status person flags it. But like I said, if you flag too many, your flagging goes down and down. If you want to flag posts at full strength, only do it when there is a good reason.
When a post gets flagged enough, it gets bars across it with a note saying it "may be offensive". Any images in the post get faded. If it gets flagged more, the bars darken. If it gets flagged more, it gets deleted. -

I wouldn't say there is no free speech. But we've had more problems lately with what some people are posting, especially since it became possible to post pictures.
