So I was wondering whether it is possible to limit the number of accounts a certain IP Address can have?
Like from my laptop, I can make, say, 2 accounts and then it won't make anymore? Is that even possibleModerator -

In the case of forgetting a password, or account being hacked by lifeless people, Gtq Guy may organize a way to change the passwords so that if you forget it, the system can send a message to the email you used with a new password and then you may change it from there
Very unlikely that more than 2 people in the same family would want to join here

A proxy is only fractionally slower and is as easy to use as your browser. Why more people don't use them is beyond me.
