The only sites I really get on is this one, YouTube, and a few roleplaying ones.

We also ban novices just in case.

No. That would honestly not work. I understand that everyone is extremely annoyed. I am too. Trolls and spammers, on any site, are annoying and make everyone angry.
But deleting all newbies and novices? That's ridiculous. There are several newbies-- and even more novices-- who are decent. Just because they have a different level-up title doesn't make them trolls. Besides, you'd be setting the rpers into an uproar. Most O.C.s are newbies or novices. And deleting the sign-up? Yeah, there are new users that piss everyone off. But not all new users are trolls. It just doesn't work that way. -
