I come on here everyday but I don't post that much. I'd like to be a mod and my 2nd birthday is coming up in a couple days.
This sounds like a job application, goodbye. -
Anyone who becomes a moderator, I'll be happy but I hope you choose someone who really deserves it.
And almost everyone want to be a moderator =) -
If I were to suggest a list,it would be timothy and Bob.Don't get me wrong,everyone else could be mature but in my opinion,to be a moderator you need to be unbiased and take the responsibility well.I have seen almost everyone else act biased(unfair) toward or argue newbies or someone else.It's not just about being mature,it requires other traits too.
So since my list only includes two people,I suggest that a moderator must have been here for at least 3 or 4 years. -
I think moderators need to ask everybody's opinion and reason for their opinion when they're making an important decision like banning/suspending a user.

I feel like the only people that wouldn't be consumed by drama as moderators are Ana, Ting, and Bob. All three are also quite wise.

I think GTQ guy should make a list of the characteristics of a desired moderator and then users would vote for moderators according to that list.
Who agrees? -
I like the idea of anonymous moderators, though. Like peoples before said- although I'm a bit too lazy to go back and see who- if people know, they'll accuse any moderator who does anything to any friend of theirs of bias.

And having a vote among us is a big no. People always choose their friends, instead of the people who actually deserve the spot. Examples being shown in any of those stupid voting threads that people would always make about GTQ users. 9-9
