Just reading this thread a bunch of the newbs that think they could pull off being moderators seem so...... small? I'm not sure, I guess the word is inexperienced or immature, but not quite. Uhh, incapable I guess.

I don't understand why those people who haven't even been here for a year, want to be moderators. I mean come on. You don't have enough experience and you just haven't seen how well we are as a family. I say you at least have had to been here since 2011. That gives you about 2 years of experience. I also don't think age should be a factor in the decision. Some 12 year olds are more mature than the 16 year olds on here. I joined on this website when I was 10. I'm 13. Guys it's not age that should decide. If anything it should be maturity, GTQ age, and how often they get on.

It was just a suggestion. I enjoy critiquing things, I've never posted anything inappropriate and/or sexual. I remain level-headed over the forums and, unlike many of the newer accounts, my grammar is comprehensive. Don't get mad at me.

........Come to think of it, Teresa22 would be a good choice, too. She's a mature person. She's here often.. She's not one of the oldest users here, but I don't think that should be enough to mark her off.

In the end it's GTQ Guy's choice. If he wants Moderators, he'll pick them. If he doesn't, then we don't get any. In any case, it's his decision and I doubt that us giving suggestions will make a difference.

I suppose not. ewe I would think since he's not incredibly active, it would kind of help to have an idea of who we think would do the job well, but he could just go through threads.

Yes, Teresa22 would be a fantastic moderator. She's mature, level-headed, and on often.

I think I'd make a good moderator. I'm pretty calm and don't get mad often and I can be mature when needed to be.

I think Rese would make a great moderator. She's calm enough to be one and she has been on here for a while. Truly Rese would be a good one
